Chicken Roll Sandwich

2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup sour cream
lettuce or other salad greens
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
pink pickled eggs
2 cups diced celery
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
white grapes
large hard rolls
Combine the chicken, celery, green pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Line a salad bowl with lettuce lealves and put this chicken salad in the center. Arrange the grapes around the chicken. Cut 1/2 slice from the top of each roll and scoop out the soft center.
To serve, fill the hollow rolls with the chicken salad. Serve with grapes and pink pickled eggs.
